New Year New Goals

Who’s ready to start off 2019 with a bang‼️🙋🏽‍♀️ I know my food baby belly is growing with every sugar cookie and hot cocoa that’s in sight. And unlike the two years prior where I was fully committed to exercise throughout the holidays, I chose to be lax this year. Maybe a walk or some yoga but not the normal 30 minute sweat sesh. And egads… I can totally tell the difference.

So with the New Year there’s new goals to set. And soo many different fitness and nutrition challenges to help keep you motivated and accountable. I’ve been a member of the Tone It Up community for a few years now and the trainers, Karena and Katrina are true sweethearts who truly support you and make fitness fun.

I’ve recently joined another great online community of ladies, Love Sweat Fitness. Katie is the best and she keeps it real sharing her struggles with hyperthyroidism.

Both of these fitness community of women is a great source of support who are wanting to better themselves and it is super motivating. Especially if you are just starting out on your healthy lifestyle. And like I said before with the new year around the corner, January is the time to get yourself signed up for those fitness challenges. 💪🏼🙋🏽‍♀️💦

This will be my 3rd year 😵 joining in on this journey. It’s one of my favorites as it really focuses on showing yourself love. Making time for yourself the number one priority.
